My return to New Zealand in 1979 was fired up by the imminent arrival of my second child and a passion to promote New Zealand and made in New Zealand to the global marketplace.

Sydney, Australia 1979 - 1981 - NZ rug exports, NZ software exports, business consulting, National Sales Manager, V-Series for Facom (Fujitsu).
IT systems consultant to Global Oil and Gas Ltd. - Melbourne, London, Dallas.

With the imminent arrival of my third child, my wife and I chose to return to New Zealand and pursue a family oriented lifestyle.

1981 - 1998 Self employed family man involved in quite a variety of interesting and predominantly New Zealand pursuits;
IT and business consulting - ad hoc on demand.
Property investment and development - commercial, industrial, domestic and rural.
Farming - goats, sheep, cattle, pigs.
Commercial recreation - "Commando One" paintball games, and Riverland Adventure Ltd. theme park development.

1998 to 1999, separated, assets split and my personal business interests liquidated to settle all debts.

2000 - 2002 Balance of funds invested in my own property development which was "still born".

2002 to present - creatively unemployed, with some exploratory re-employment initiatives.
